Time With God

Welcome to Christ the King Lutheran Church, a congregation of the Evangelical Church in America (ELCA), now in its 60th year of service to the Gospel of Jesus Christ!! I hope that our website will give you a flavor of what is happening at CTK and the dreams we have for the next 60 years. There is something for everyone and a place for you. This congregation has had and continues to rely upon strong lay leadership for its mission and vision.

If you would like to learn more about Christ the King, please call or email me at office@ctkdelafield.org. There is a link to information about joining Christ the King under Becoming a Member.

Check out our photo gallery or watch the active lifestyle photos of this congregation when you are on our Home page. If you would like to further your own personal study of the Scriptures, there is a wonderful link to Bible Resources under the Education tab.

We continue to rely upon a strong music program to enhance and support our worship. From Bell Choir and Adult Choir to Acoustic Backroads Blue Grass style and special music, worshipping at Christ the King is a beautiful setting for giving praise to God.

There are many opportunities for Bible study, adult education, and fellowship. We have a growing Sunday School and an exciting Confirmation program, along with an assortment of programs and opportunities for youth to become involved.

Need a great preschool? All God’s Children has been around for over 33 years, and there is room in the inn for your child. I spend a great deal of my office time with the preschool and the wonderful programs that are offered.

I could go on but that would be a sermon. My best advice is to come and see. There is nothing like being here!!

When To Call The Pastor

When there is a birth in the family.
When there is a death in the family.
When someone close to you is ill or in the hospital, or in need of spiritual help.
When someone in the family is going off to college or joining the armed forces.
When there are marital problems and before you call the lawyer.
When someone in the congregation has done something to anger you.
When you have a suggestion for the congregation.
When you have a question about the Bible, Christianity or Lutheranism.
When something in your life is troubling you.
When alcohol or drug dependency is a problem for you or someone close.
When you just plain want someone to talk with.
When you want to be specifically remembered in prayer.
